• Reservations are available online and become available 30-45 days in advance.
• The SOLARIS cruises year-round with weekly upscale dining and dancing cruises.
• Special Destin holiday event cruises include our Thanksgiving Day and New Year's Eve Fireworks Dinner Cruise.
• 3-hour cruise of the local waters of Sandestin, Florida. The price includes a 3-hour cruise, 3-course meal, and live music by MoDvyne.
• Boarding begins 45 minutes prior to departure.
• Please allow time to find the Sandestin Resort and the Baytowne Marina within the resort. Allow ample time to avoid unforeseen traffic and parking issues.
• Dress is resort casual.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Before Your Cruise

• Upon making a reservation you will receive an email confirmation with boarding times, directions, etc.
• Entree selections are due 24 hours prior to your cruise. If you did not make entree selections when making reservations, you will be contacted prior to your cruise.

Boarding

• Boarding begins 45 minutes prior to your cruise time.
• Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our Captain and shown to your assigned seat(s).
• Please be patient with your first drink order as 149 guests are boarding and ordering drinks upon arrival at the same time.
• Appetizers are available a la carte, up until 10 minutes prior to cruise time.
• Feel free to explore the yacht at your leisure, including the open-air Sky Deck.

Cruise Time

• SOLARIS departs from the Baytowne Marina and cruises the Choctawhatchee Bay.
• As the cruise departs, a brief safety announcement will be made and can be heard on all three decks.
• Guests are welcome to explore all three decks of the yacht at your leisure.

Dinner Service

• 15 minutes after the start of the cruise, salad service begins. Live music will begin on the Main Deck and can be heard on all three decks.
• Our live entertainment will announce when entree service begins on both the 2nd Deck and Main Deck.
• All celebration announcements will be announced during dinner service. Learn more about adding a celebration package to your reservation. 

Following Dinner Service

• After dessert, join our entertainer on the Sky Deck for a DJ set under the stars, weather permitting. If the weather does not permit outdoor dancing, the DJ set will continue inside.
• Fireworks Cruises: Venture to the Sky Deck for a fireworks display (seasonal, select Tuesday and Thursday dates throughout the summer and holiday dates)

Disembark

• 10 minutes prior to the end of the cruise, listen for instructions regarding how to disembark.
• Your server will present you with your final bill. We appreciate you tipping 18-20% for our staff who provides over three hours of continuous service.
• As you disembark, say farewell to our Captain and crew back at the dock at Baytowne Marina.

Window Table Upgrade

Limited window tables are available. All window table reservations also ensure that your party is seated at a private table and not cruise-style with other parties. An upgraded window table starts at $50/table and can be added to your reservation when you book online.

The SOLARIS is docked at the Baytowne Marina inside the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.

Once you pass the front gate, take your first right and continue to the roundabout. Take the second exit, turning left onto Baytowne Avenue. Look for the Baytowne Marina sign on the left. Turn left at the sign into the parking lot. Parking at the resort is limited and there are two parking options. Please allow enough time for traffic and parking.

• Reservations are required and can be made online or by calling 850-650-2519.
• A credit card is required to hold the reservation.
• Upon booking, you will receive an email confirmation with important information such as directions, boarding times, etc.
• At the end of your cruise, you will be presented with your final bill. Please bring your desired form of payment. We impose a price adjustment on non-cash transactions that is not greater than our cost of acceptance. Cards on file can only be charged in the event you fail to make the cruise.
• We chose to adopt the Commission Based Pay Model to avoid having to drastically raise menu prices to offset the mandated wage increases put on Florida Restaurants. We also want to ensure that our team is well compensated for the excellent service they provide. We monitor and constantly check on our guests to ensure the team members are delivering the highest level of service. 20% commission is automatically added to your bill. It cannot be removed by law for any reason.  100% of that amount as well as any additional tip left by a guest is distributed in its entirety to the server and bar staff.
• A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to public dinner cruises. A 72-hour cancellation applies for all holiday/specialty cruises.

Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort

SunQuest Cruises’ SOLARIS is conveniently located at the Baytowne Marina of Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort and within walking distance from many onsite accommodations including the Village, Fisherman’s Village, Grand Complex, and Hotel Effie. Guests staying on property at Sandestin can also utilize the resort tram for easy transportation to the Baytowne Marina.
