Spring is in the air. Today, you’ll spot a variety of license tags on the road from all over the Southeast as students and families begin flock to the beach for spring break in Destin Florida. It’s also beginning to feel a lot like spring to the SOLARIS team as we gear up for another year of dining, cruises and Destin weddings in 2013.
We’re all getting a head start on spring with an early Easter this year on Sunday, March 31st. Easter is a time to relax and reflect with family and friends so skip the crowded Destin restaurants and hop aboard the SOLARIS. Treat your family to an unforgettable Easter as you relax and cruise the beautiful local waters. Our chefs are planning an EGGstravagent, 3 course meal to include a tossed mixed green salad, your choice of an entree (from Seared Beef Tenderloin Filet Bernaise and Gulf Shrimp Saute to Gulf Catch of the Day and Grilled Bone-In Pork Chop) and Chef’s Choice for Dessert. Vegetarian and children’s menus are also available.
Spring also marks the uncorking of Wine Festival season in Destin Florida with many events scheduled over the next few months. The SOLARIS is celebrating the Original Sandestin Wine Festival at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort with a Wine & Dine Cruise not to miss. On Thursday, April 18th, enjoy an intimate 5 course dinner with delectable wine pairings while cruising and listening to live New Orleans Blues from artist Tomato.
