Our Destin wedding planners will help you find the right wedding package that fits your budget. We are extremely flexible in personalizing your experience, including planning a Destin Beach Wedding followed by a yacht reception. We can also assist with all your décor, rentals, catering and flower needs so you’re working with one company for all your needs.
After booking your SOLARIS wedding, you will meet with your experienced Destin wedding planner. Let’s discuss your style, your vision and brainstorm everything from themes and colors to linens and décor. We’ll consult with you on our preferred vendors who are familiar with the SOLARIS and can accommodate any budget for photography, entertainment, accommodations and more.
We have a dedicated catering team for all weddings. Together, we will plan your reception menu from fresh Gulf seafood to specialty drinks from our full-service bar. Our executive chef and his staff create “art of the palette” with upscale, coastal-culinary inspired wedding menus. Customized menus can include formal seated dinner options to hors d’oeuvres and chef stations.
We will stay in constant contact to answer your questions and ensure smooth sailing for your wedding day.

It’s all hands on deck! Your wedding planner has been up early to execute every detail of your vision and coordinate with outside vendors. A member of our staff will meet you with a golf cart to escort you to the SOLARIS. Relax and get ready in your private bridal suite with large mirrors, special lighting, restroom and make-up table. Enjoy a champagne toast with your bridesmaids as we set out to sea for your dream wedding.
Ascend the staircase to the open-air sky deck for your grand entrance to meet your love at the bridal platform. A vibrant sunset awaits you, serving as a panoramic backdrop in harmony with sparkling waters, playful dolphins and coastal breezes. Our captain will officiate your wedding as you say “I Do” out at sea.
After sealing your love with a kiss, take breathtaking sunset pictures with family and friends on the sky deck photo platform.
Your Reception
Celebrating Your Love
The stress-free experience continues as everyone stays together and you immediately cruise into the celebration as husband and wife in the same location you got married. While you take pictures, guests can explore the yacht and enjoy the sunset views, hors d’oeuvres and drinks from the full-service bar.
The elegant indoor dining spaces, with panoramic windows throughout, will be decorated to your specifications by our Destin wedding planners. We can customize all aspects of your wedding, including linens, plate ware, centerpieces / flowers, specialty lighting, accent walls or anything else you can imagine. Everyone will enjoy 3 decks of memorable fun including a romantic first dance, toasts under the stars on the sky deck and live music which can be heard from all three decks. Your guests will indulge in fine dining, coastal delights freshly prepared on board by our chefs.
Your send-off is just as special with options including fireworks, dove or butterfly releases, bubbles, sparklers and even a decorated golf cart. Guests can unwind and enjoy the good times as they stay on-property at one of the Sandestin Resort’s many accommodations.
