We are the area's only fine dining entertainment yacht. We feature fresh
gulf seafood, prime beef and much more, all prepared in our full service
galley. One thing we're sure of, our chef's selections are always guaranteed
to please. See our menu below.

The party begins with our full service bar. Sip a martini, indulge in a
tropical drink or choose from our extensive wine list.

A children's menu is also available for those under 10.

Ticket price is $68 per person, $25 per children ages from 3 to 10 ordering from the children’s menu and $15 for children ages from 0 to 2 with no meal. Your ticket includes the 3 hour cruise on the Choctawhatchee bay, your 3 course meal, coffee, and tea. There is live entertainment and dancing on all our dinner cruises.

House Salad and Fresh Baked Bread

DINNER

Solaris Shrimp Scampi

Fresh gulf shrimp sautéed with a variety of fresh herbs and citrus juices, served over Gemelli pasta.

Fresh Catch of the Day

Seasonal fresh gulf fish, sautéed with roasted garlic and topped with a lump crabmeat Frangelico* sauce.

* This sauce contains a hazelnut Liqueur.

Pepper and Herb Crusted Tenderloin of Beef

Prime beef tenderloin crusted with fresh cracked black pepper and herbs, then slow roasted, sliced and served with robust bourbon demi-glace.

Cheese and Yukon Ravioli

Cheese and Yukon potato stuffed ravioli, topped with a fresh tomato basil sauce and served with sautéed green beans.

Chicken Picatta

Chicken breast lightly breaded sautéed and then topped with a lemon, caper, cream sauce.

Chef's Selected Dessert

All entrees are served with fresh salad and warm bread with whipped herb butter, dessert, coffee and iced tea. Fresh seasonal vegetables and roasted garlic whipped potatoes are served with all except Solaris Shrimp Scampi and Cheese and Yukon Ravioli.
