Each deck of the SOLARIS yacht offers spacious areas and unforgettable experiences. Toast to the sunset from the open air sky deck and indulge in chef-prepared meals from the indoor dining rooms with panoramic windows throughout. Dance the night away to live music that can be heard throughout all three decks.
Indulge in a coastal culinary experience featuring fresh, local Gulf seafood, prime beef and more. Your 3 course meal is prepared onboard by our chefs, including a fresh garden salad, entrée of your choice and dessert.

While the SOLARIS cruises the local waters, guests can enjoy a great meal and then dance the night away to live music by entertaining musicians. Dance under the moonlight on the open air sky deck or listen from the comfort of your table.
Our live entertainment keeps everyone dancing until we reach the docks, playing a wide range of music from MoTown to current hits.
Sunsets and Coastal Breezes
After being greeted onboard the 125 foot SOLARIS yacht by our captain, guests are welcome to begin their voyage at the full-service bar for a premium cocktail, specialty brew or glass of wine (additional cost to base tickets).
Take in the coastal breezes and panoramic views of Sandestin as you toast to the colorful sunset from the open air sky deck or the panoramic windows in the indoor dining rooms – a majestic setting for pictures.
The SOLARIS offers year-round, weekly public dining cruises including holidays. Regular dinner cruise prices include 3-hour cruise, 3-course meal, coffee/tea and live entertainment:
$76.50 per person
$38 per child ages 3 to 10 (children’s menu)
$18 per child ages 0 to 2 (with no meal)
Birthday / Anniversary celebration packages and upgrades to guaranteed table by the window available when making your reservation.
