Guests on the SOLARIS dinner cruises are treated to a culinary adventure as they coast the local waters of Destin Florida. The locally-inspired menu is freshly prepared onboard by our chefs in the yacht’s galley. The three-course meal begins with a fresh salad and bread. Seafood entree choices include Seared Gulf Fish of the Day (lightly seasoned & complemented by White Wine Butter, herb-infused Potatoes) that can also be topped with a Shrimp Sautee.
A SOLARIS specialty and one of the most popular seafood dishes is the Gulf Shrimp & Grits, featuring Local, Organic Stone-ground Grits with a zesty Shrimp & Andouille Sauce & seasonal vegetables. Another popular seafood choice is the Southern Crab Cakes with all Sweet Lump Crabmeat with Chef’s Roasted Red Pepper Sauce, herb-infused Potatoes & seasonal Vegetables. Guests can also indulge in a prime Beef Filet Mignon, topped with their choice of Lump Crab Scampi or Shrimp Sautee.
